Yes, most of the sold products are back in stock again (unless we take the product completely out of our range). If you miss a certain product, please contact customer service, which can tell you when the product comes back in stock.

We will do our best to send the products, which are in stock the same day, if you place an order on Monday-Thursday before noon. 13:00 and Friday before noon. 11:00. We pack your order within 2 working days after we have received from you. However, in compressed periods, such as Christmas and sales, occur 1-2 days additional processing time.
We send all orders with GLS/UPS International, so you can expect to get the goods 1-5 business days after your order. If you ordered items with different stock condition, the order will be shipped when we have all goods in stock. Read more about delivery times..
If you buy for more than 499 DKK and delivery is in Denmark, we are offering free shipping. If you buy for less than 499 dkk. standard shipment cost 29 DKK.

Yes, we ship to Scandinavia and Europe.

We ship abroad via UPS International. Shipping cost depends on the country we ship to, as well as the weight of the goods. Our website will give you a total price before you pay for your goods.
UPS International will leave a note in your mailbox and you can contact UPS to arrange a new delivery date.
Yes, GLS International has created collection in shops, called Parcel Shop (only in Denmark). Here you can pick up your packages at your convenience. Remember that you must use your ID card when you need to pick up the package.
If you would like to use Parcel Shop to receive goods from us, select GLS Parcel Shop under delivery method at check-out page and then select the desired store you would like your package to be picked up in. Check the address of the shop to make sure that your package will be sent to the correct pickup store.
Yes, if you want to save time and do not want to pickup in the Parcel Shop we recommend you get your package delivered directly to your workplace. Remember that all items from Tempted by Night shipped in discreet packaging. Here you can read more about delivery.
